Eminence Living works out of New Link Road, opposite Bangur Nagar Chowky, in the part of Goregaon West where the buildings are close together, the flats are compact and every square foot has to earn its place. That context shapes everything we draw. A kitchen here needs drawers rather than deep shelves. A bedroom needs a loft. A hall needs to hold a sofa, a dining table and, increasingly, a desk.

We are an interior designer and decorator, which in practice means two things. First, we plan the fixed pieces — kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, ceilings, lighting and electrical points. Second, we style what goes on top of them: furniture, upholstery, art, curtains and the small objects that stop a finished flat from looking like a showroom.

Why we run on WhatsApp, 24 hours a day

Most of our clients are working people. They think about their kitchen at 11 pm, not at 3 in the afternoon. So the studio stays reachable around the clock — send a photo, a voice note or a builder plan whenever the thought strikes, and there will be a reply. Site work, of course, keeps to society-approved hours.

What we believe about money

Every quote is itemised. Carcass material, shutter finish, hardware brand, ceiling area, electrical points, painting and labour each sit on their own line. If the number is higher than you expected, you can see exactly which line to change instead of being told to reduce “the scope”. And if a cheaper material genuinely performs the same in a Mumbai flat, we will say so — there is no margin worth a callback in three monsoons.

First-time flat owners, families upgrading after twenty years, landlords preparing a rental, and people redoing exactly one room. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly studio, and everyone gets the same pricing, the same drawings and the same respect regardless of who is signing the cheque or who is moving in.
