False ceilings and lighting that lift the room
Slim coves, clean profile lines and warm accent light planned around beams, air-conditioning and real ceiling height.
Light does more work than decoration
A good ceiling hides wiring, frames the room and puts light where it is needed. A bad one drops too low, traps the AC and fills the slab with unnecessary shapes.
We measure clear height, beams and service routes first. Most Mumbai flats need a slim peripheral cove rather than a heavy full ceiling.
Designed before it is built
We measure the site, draw the room at true scale and show you the finishes together. You approve the layout, materials, timeline and line-by-line quote before anything is ordered.

What you get
- Ceiling designed around beams and AC routes
- One warm colour temperature throughout
- Task, ambient and accent light on separate circuits
- Switch plan drawn before civil work starts

Precise linear light for modern ceilings and walls.
Accent spots
Focused light for art, curtains and textured panels.
Chandelier points
Centred to furniture, not blindly to the room.

Execution, styling and handover
Factory-made modules, our own carpenters and electricians, weekly photo updates, a deep clean and final styling before we hand over the keys.
What false ceilings can cost
Indicative installed rates vary with drops, curves and lighting density.
| Package | Typical range | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Simple gypsum ceiling | ₹110–160 / sq ft | Flat or peripheral ceiling, ready for paint |
| Cove + profile design | ₹170–280 / sq ft | Layered drops and aluminium LED profiles |
| Room lighting package | ₹45,000–1.5 lakh | Fixtures, drivers, wiring changes and controls |
These are planning ranges, not a quotation. Exact prices depend on measurements, material grades and hardware; your final quote lists every item separately.
Questions about false ceilings & lighting
Yes at the edges, usually 4 to 6 inches; a slim design keeps the centre slab exposed.
Gypsum is faster and cleaner for straight lines; POP handles curves and site adjustments better.
3000K for homes. Use 4000K only for specific task zones if you prefer a whiter light.
Yes, with surface profiles, wall lights, pendants and track lighting.
Plan with facts, not guesses
